Loved and loving husband of Sally. Devoted father and father-in-law to Anthony, Victoria, Katharine, Jeremy and Helen. Loving grandfather of Harry, Gus (dec), Max, Ruby, Harper and Alex. Passed away peacefully at home. He will be sorely missed.
We are very grateful to Hospital at Home and Parkside for their fantastic assistance with the care of Chris during the later stages of his life.
