RALPH, Douglas William. The Rotary Club of Kingston mourns the passing of Doug Ralph, a very long and highly respected serving Rotarian for 41 years, Club President, Secretary, Director, Paul Harris Fellow with two Sapphires, recipient of the Rotary Presidents Award, a long-time mentor and friend to all. Doug will be sadly missed.

The Club extends its sympathy to Ann & Doug’s family.
