Jan (deceased), dear father and father-In-Law to Tracey and Kerry, Mark (deceased) and Heidi, much loved poppy and in-law to Alex and Dan, Hannah and Said, Ben and Jordan, Sophie, Daniel and Nick and great grandfather
to Sara.

at the Lakeview Chapel, Albany Creek Memorial Park, 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs, 4035, on Wednesday 15th April at 11.00am.
