A celebration of Sam’s life will take place at Holy Family Parish, 236 Stephensons Rd, Mount Waverley, on Tuesday 28th October at 11:30am.

For those unable to attend, the service will be live streamed and recorded via Funeral Notices at https://www.monkhouse.com.au

Light refreshments will be served after the Mass, followed by Burial at Cheltenham Memorial Park, Wangara Rd, Cheltenham at 2:30pm.
