Despite falling to a 54-point defeat, the efforts from the players was exemplary, trading blows for three quarters before Shepp East put the foot down in the last to kick away.
Nick Papakalodoukas continued his fine form and was best afield again, Riley and Nick Dowell were solid all game, while Alex Singline, Finn Lowres and James Hynes gave it their all.
