Anzac Day is on Saturday, April 25 and is a national day of commemoration marking the 1915 Gallipoli landing.
Around the region, many towns and districts will be holding commemorative services in recognition of this sacrifice and service.
Anzac Day events Saturday, April 25:
Cobram-Barooga
Dawn service: 6am at Cobram Cenotaph.
March: 9.30am at Federation Park.
Commemoration service: 10am at Cobram Cenotaph.
Additional service: Noon at Barooga Sporties.
Strathmerton
March and commemorative service: Assemble at Strathmerton firestation at 9.15am, followed by a service at Strathmerton Hall.
Numurkah
Dawn Service: 5.50am at Numurkah Cenotaph.
March: 10.30am at Newman Square.
Tocumwal
Dawn service: 6am at 77 Deniliquin St.
March: 10.45am at Anzac Ave.
Main service: 11am at 77 Deniliquin St.

Commemorative service: 11am at the Anzac Memorial, Police Paddock.
