The Benalla Festival returns from October 31 to November 8, with a vibrant program spanning two weekends taking shape.
The first weekend will shine a spotlight on Benalla Rural City’s rural townships, while the second weekend will see Benalla come alive with activities, performances and family-friendly entertainment.
Benalla Festival Advisory Committee chair Cr Justin King said the committee was excited to see the community’s ideas.
“The Benalla Festival is built on the passion, creativity and generosity of our community,” he said.
“Each year, local people bring fresh ideas, new energy and unique experiences to the program, and now is the time to think about how you could get involved.
“We’re encouraging individuals, groups and businesses to host an event in 2026 – whether it’s live music, an art exhibition, workshop, market stall or something completely new that maybe we haven’t seen before. It’s a wonderful opportunity to showcase your talents, engage with the community and be part of a much-loved local tradition.”
Expressions of interest to host an event close 5pm, Friday, August 7.
