The Berrigan Football and Netball Junior Vote Count will be held on Friday, September 18.

This is a great night to recognise and celebrate our junior players’ efforts and achievements throughout the season.

Family, friends and supporters are welcome.

Elderly residents of Berrigan will be sad to learn of the death of Bill Hill.

Bill was the second son of Harry and Edith Hill. Harry was a transport operator and carted groceries and rural supplies to Berrigan in the 1950s.

Bill and his older brother Sid operated the quarry at Monaro Vale.

Bill died in Toowoomba and will be interred with his wife at Ipswitch. Bill was 91.
