In the early hours of Saturday, March 16, emergency services responded to a fatal crash in Kialla East. Discovered at 6.25 am by a passing motorist, the victim was identified as a 32-year-old man by the police.
The Caniambo resident was travelling along Armstrong Rd when his vehicle is believed to have veered off course, ultimately hitting a tree.
The male driver was the sole occupant of a Mitsubishi Pajero SUV.
As authorities investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash and prepare a report for the coroner, they have urged anyone who witnessed the incident or possesses dashcam footage to come forward.
