Members of CWA Moira Group's Swanpool branch recently hosted this year's bi annual creative arts exhibition.

The beautiful display of artworks crafted by CWA members was exhibited at the John Cooper Hall at Benalla’s Uniting Church.
Members from the Benalla, Boorhaman, Corowa, Benalla Night Roses, Rutherglen, Swanpool, Thoona and Yarrawonga and Border branches all contributed entries to make the event a success.
The exhibition also served as a competition for members of the Moira Group to enter and try their hand at winning an award.
The exhibition showcased craft, sewing, embroidery, crochet, knitting, spinning, weaving, patchwork, scrapbooking, cooking, jams, preserves, horticulture, art and photography.

Group President, Jan James, welcomed everyone and introduced Mary Grant, a past CWA State Creative Arts chairman and a qualified cooking and craft judge, to officially open our exhibition.

Most successful adult exhibitor - Judith Lockwood (Corowa)
Most Successful Junior exhibitor - Emma James (Thoona)

Branch under 20 members aggregate trophy - Thoona.

Group President , Jan James, thanked all the members for all their magnificent entries and thanked the Swanpool members for hosting the function and providing the delicious Devonshire teas.
