Fatal collision in Stanhope

There were three occupants in one of the vehicles.

A woman, 30, in that vehicle sadly died at the scene. A man and a woman in the car were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the other vehicle was not seriously injured.

Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives attended the scene and will investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision.
