Last chance to get involved in community expo and ‘come and try’ day

If so, you have just days left to secure its place at the 2026 Benalla Community Expo Come and Try Day, with expressions of interest closing at midnight on Sunday, September 13.

The expo provides a valuable opportunity for community organisations to showcase their activities and services, connect with local residents and grow their membership base through direct engagement with the community.

Delivered in partnership with the Tomorrow Today Foundation, the 2026 Benalla Community Expo Come and Try Day brings together two popular local events.

In the past they have been run separately, but this new amalgamation will bring them together into one vibrant, inclusive day out designed to connect residents with local groups, clubs and services.

The event will be held from 10am to 2pm on Sunday, October 11 at the Benalla Indoor Recreation Centre and the United Friendly Society Sports Reserve, 1 Ackerly Ave, Benalla.

With the deadline fast approaching, interested organisations are encouraged to submit their EOI as soon as possible to avoid missing out on this unique opportunity to promote their group and connect with potential new members and volunteers.
