University almost slowed down Chloe Bishop’s relentless ambition to become a successful business owner in regional New South Wales.

The second she finished her marketing degree at Griffith University, Chloe hit the ground running with customers immediately approaching her for logos and support.
This was a start she just as quickly evolved into a still-growing agency which now manages a national client base.
There is no question Chloe is making her mark in the digital marketing world, and no surprise Chloe Jade Marketing Agency was awarded the Ace Radio, Edge and 2QN Young Entrepreneur of the Year title at last week’s Campaspe Murray Business Awards.
It’s a milestone this emerging entrepreneur describes as “humbling but incredible”.
“To be recognised as the young entrepreneur is huge,” Chloe said.
“It's a goal that so many entrepreneurs strive to achieve and to be recognised for all the hard work and effort that's been put into growing a business from the ground up is absolutely incredible,” she said.

Though the business officially launched in 2023, Chloe’s entrepreneurial spark started long before it was founded.
“I feel like it has been within me forever, even from a young age.”
“I've always got different business ideas happening all the time. So, it just sort of made sense for me to have my own business helping others with theirs.
“I've grown up with a family where we are all very business-minded individuals, which inspires me every day to be surrounded by like-minded people.”
Chloe completed her high school education locally before moving to the Gold Coast, Australia’s unofficial social media capital, where she completed a Bachelor of Business and Marketing at Griffith University.
From student to success story was an almost immediate and seamless transition.
“I had people reaching out to me straight away asking for logos, websites and social media management,” she said.
Returning to Echuca-Moama, Chloe converted the demand into a business and founded Chloe Jade Marketing Agency.
In barely two years the business has flourished from one young women’s ambition to a dedicated team of four.
Although, Chloe doesn’t mind admitting stepping into the employer role so quickly brought its own set of challenges.
But she added that becoming a positive role model, a leader and cultivating a workplace environment in which her team could thrive had been some of her most valuable lessons so far.
The agency operates serving a strong local clientele while expanding its reach across Australia, working with any business in any industry.
Chloe said her business connects with clients to discuss their vision and, from there, she and her team does a deep dive into understanding the client’s goals before crafting a tailored marketing strategy to help them get there.
While Chloe has already earned major recognition, her focus is firmly fixed on the future.
“Like our clients, our major goal is growth,” she explained.
“We'd love to increase our clientele locally while building it Australia-wide, by offering our services to as many businesses as we can, and keep growing as professionals to expand our portfolio.”
