With plans for the 2020 festival still under wraps the committee is promising it will be the best one yet.
As always it will feature a variety of local, national and international artists who will each be given a wall to decorate.
The weekend of April 3 to 5 will see Benalla come alive with activity as locals and visitors alike see the canvas that is Benalla get transformed.
Once again we will see some walls re-painted and some new murals in town.
At this stage The Ensign is aware that the east and west walls of the Denny St toilet block will be painted, as will parts of the skate park.
We will inform the community as, and when, more walls are confirmed.
Committee member Shannon Tharratt, who has volunteered every year since the first Wall to Wall, said it was one of her favourite dates on the calendar, and encouraged others to take part.
“There’s always a large selection of roles available from delivering artists’ lunch and water, to surveying visitors to find out what they like and a whole host of other roles.
“We like to induct all our volunteers in a range of roles, but more often than not they will have one or two specific tasks.”
● If you would like to volunteer at this year's Wall to Wall, search for them on Facebook @Wall to Wall 2020. On that page is a link to an online form that you will need to compete and return.
