The Demons came out firing from the first whistle and kept that energy going right through to the end.
The passing was on point, there were some great give-and-go play, and the teamwork across the whole court was fantastic.
Everyone played their part as the girls fought hard for every ball, never gave up and came away with a well-deserved win.

One of the team’s best performances of the season with a fantastic win over Mathoura.
From the opening centre pass, the girls brought intensity, determination and a willingness to work for one another that never wavered throughout the four quarters.
Every player played their role, showing patience in attack and relentless pressure in defence.
A special mention goes to Stacey Crutch, who was outstanding in the defensive end and played her best game of the season to earn a well-deserved best on court.
C-grade: Jerilderie 46 def Mathoura 18.
A strong effort from start to finish, making great passage down the court.
Defence put on a show, picking off some great interceptions and rebounds.
The attacking side brought the ball down nicely to the shooters who showcased their accuracy.
C-Reserve: Jerilderie 15 def by Mathoura 23.
It was a positive start with the girls having some wonderful passages of play, making great leads into space and pulling in those passes despite some very tight body work from the opposition.
Half-time it was neck and neck, with only one goal the difference.
Unfortunately, the third quarter did not go to plan and the physicality saw Mathoura pull away to an eight goal lead, which they retained until the final whistle.
Katie Gurciullo played a great game in GS against an exceptionally tall defender.
At the other end of the court, Sienna Reid’s intercepting ability was on full display.
Bec Mitchell, as usual, ran her heart out in the midcourt.
Under-17s: Jerilderie 42 drew Mathoura 42.
The game finished in a 42-all draw.
It was an early, chilly start, but the cold morning soon turned into a cracking day for netball.
The girls took to the court energised, positive and determined.
They played a strong game, though at times the passing was a little off, while the very vocal home crowd meant the girls had to stay focused and block out the outside noise.
It was a thrilling contest from start to finish, with the score constantly swinging between even and a one or two-goal margin.
It was an exciting game and great preparation heading into finals.
There are still a few things to fine-tune at training, and the girls know what they need to work on.

Under-15s: Jerilderie 22 def by Mathoura 37.
An unfortunate loss against Mathoura.
It started as a fast paced game, with Mathoura scoring most of the first quarter goals, then Jerilderie came back within a goal at one point in the second quarter.
BOC Pippa Shaw started off strong, took some time off to regroup and came back on in the third into WD striving to overturn as many passes as possible.
Both ends of the court worked extremely well, with defenders holding tight on the opposition as much as they could and the attacking end fighting for every goal.
Under-13s: Jerilderie 27 def Mathoura 14.
An excellent win against Mathoura, 27 to 14, in what was one of the team’s best games of the year.
The team put into action everything they had been working on at training, showing great teamwork, determination and confidence to secure an important win and cement fourth place on the ladder.
Under-11s: Not scored.
A fantastic game against a wonderful Mathoura team!
It was great to see the girls continue to grow in confidence and teamwork each week.
