The fight for the premiership will take place at Moama Recreation Reserve from 9am.
The team have had the week off after winning their top two semi-final against Cobram by 22 points at Rumbalara two weeks ago.
The team earned their position in finals after finishing in outright second on the home-and-away season ladder, with 14 wins, three losses and one draw.
Their grand final opponents this week, Echuca United, have climbed from the elimination finals.
They finished the home-and-away season in fifth with 12 wins, five losses and a draw.
That draw was against Finley, at Echuca in June’s round 13 match up.
In the last match between these two teams, in last month’s round 18 at Finley, the Cats won by 11 points.
Since then, neither team has dropped a game.
Finley are on a four game win streak, including their semi-finals win.
Echuca United are on a five game win streak, having played two more finals than the Cats and coming off a 21 point win against Cobram at Finley last weekend.
Results this season will give the Cats confidence ahead of the grand final, but both teams are well-placed ahead of what is set to be another close encounter.
