"Volunteer Fire Brigades Victoria District 8 Council are saddened by the passing of Station Officer Paul Jones.

Paul was instrumental in several projects, assessing and mitigating risk at major industrial facilities in CFA areas. Paul was the face of the hose replacement project. His friendly nature and easy going personality engaged hundreds of CFA firefighters during a major equipment replacement across District 8.

Our industry is poorer for his passing.

Our sincere condolences to Paul's family, his friends, and colleagues.
