The Chair, Council, and members of the RACGP NT Faculty acknowledge the passing of Dr Albert Foreman, a respected and esteemed Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP)
Across more than half a century, Dr Foreman dedicated a distinguished career as a General Practitioner to providing compassionate care for Territorians from his practice in Nakara. His training and special interest in managing Ear, Nose and Throat conditions earned him the respect of his peers and the wider medical community as an expert in Tropical Ear in the Top End.
He leaves a lasting legacy among the generations of Territory families he cared for over the years, and his expertise and wonderful stories will be missed.
Dr Foreman passed away peacefully on 20 August 2026, aged 95 years.
