It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father, Gary Thwaite.
He was a dearly loved father of Nicky and Clint, much-loved grandfather of Cozette, Ryan and Hayden, and cherished great-grandfather of Primrose and Seralaine.
Dad was a very skilled carpenter whose craftsmanship remained a lifelong passion. He proudly served in the Royal Australian Naval Reserve, loved his time as a surf lifesaver with Tallebudgera Surf Life Saving Club in the 1950s, enjoyed a very successful career as Merchandising Manager with Chandlers, and concluded his working life as State Manager for M.S.A.A.
Dad's final wish was to donate his body to science.
He will forever be in our hearts.
