The relatives and friends of Mr Peter Douglas Blacker OAM

are respectfully informed that his Funeral Service will be conducted at Unity Hill Uniting Church,

Port Lincoln

on Tuesday September 22 at 1pm

At the conclusion of the service, the cortege will proceed to North Shields Garden Cemetery

In lieu of floral tributes a donation in Peter’s memory can be made to RFDS, envelops will be available at the service
