280 Grange Road, Flinders Park on MONDAY,

February 2 at 10.30 a.m.

At conclusion of Service the Cortege will proceed to

Centennial Park Cemetery.

Viewing will be held in the above Chapel

prior to Service at 10.00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to

the Hospital Research Foundation (Stroke)

would be appreciated by the family
