RONEY, Phillip Malcolm ('Phil')

With heavy hearts, we farewell Phil Roney, dearly beloved husband of Pat, cherished father of Jeanny and Malcolm, and treasured friend to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Phil will always be remembered for his warmth, generosity and his larrikin spirit. He never met a stranger, always enjoyed a good yarn and the thrill of hooking a big catch. Above all else, his greatest love and pride was his family.

Family and friends are warmly invited to join us as we share memories and celebrate Phil’s remarkable life on Wednesday, 29 July at 10:30am at Katherine Cemetery, followed by a wake at his beloved Golfie.
