Loving Wife of Colin (dec'd). Dearly loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Rod and Jillian, Lesley (dec'd), Janeen and Greg, and Andrew. Proud and adoring Grandmother to five and Great-Grandmother to four.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial service to celebrate Hazel's life, to be held at the Rangeville Community Church, 362 MacKenzie Street, Toowoomba, service commencing at 11.30am, Friday, 24th July, 2026.
