The Mastering AI Tools Workshop will introduce participants to widely used AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Copilot, which includes uses with Excel and PowerPoint.
Attendees will learn how to write effective prompts, streamline routine work and apply AI in real‑world business and workplace scenarios.
All resources and materials will be provided.
The workshop supports council’s commitment to strengthening digital confidence and lifelong learning across the community.
It offers a welcoming space for people to explore how AI can assist with work, study and business activities, with opportunities to learn, ask questions and try new skills in a friendly, practical environment.
