Emergency services responded to reports of a crash at Arcadia South on Sunday, May 24.
A Victoria Police spokesperson said police believed a Toyota Camry, with two occupants inside, left the road and struck a tree at Baliffs Rd about 4.10pm.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said a specialist Air Ambulance Victoria helicopter crew, Advanced Life Support and Mobile Intensive Care Ambulance paramedics assessed and treated two patients at the scene.
The driver, a 30-year-old Murchison woman, sustained non-life-threatening upper and lower body injuries.
She was airlifted to Melbourne’s The Alfred hospital in a serious condition, while her passenger, a 27-year-old Murchison man, was transported by road ambulance to Goulburn Valley Health in a stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigations into the collision are ongoing.
