Benalla Ensign contributor Garry Jones was behind the lens as the Benalla All Blacks travelled to Whorouly for round seven action in the Ovens & King Football Netball League.

It was a tough outing for the Panthers in the football, with the seniors going down 6.2 (38) to 25.32 (182), while the reserves suffered a 0.0 (0) to 29.21 (195) defeat against a strong Lions line-up.
The A grade netballers also came up against a relentless Whorouly side, going down 26-77, as did the B grade outfit, going down 27-52, while B Reserve fell 29-51.
In the under-17 clash, the All Blacks were spirited but couldn’t overcome the Lions in a 22-35 loss, but the under-15 side provided some success on an otherwise dark day, claiming a big 68-53 victory to ensure the Panthers emerged with some points.
