Benalla All Blacks 49 def Tarrawingee 45
A-grade came up against a challenging side in Tarrawingee on Saturday, but pushed through and came away with a four-goal win.
With both our shooters Georgia Spencer and Alara Jones being in the best, their accuracy and movement in the goal circle unsurprisingly worked seamlessly to score those much-needed goals to secure the win.
In our defensive end, we had Olivia Cavicchiolo and Elizabeth Fuhrmeister in the best with their multiple intercepts and determination to get those rebounds at every opportunity.
Everyone on the team kept their heads held high when under pressure, even when Tarrawingee pushed to two goals in front.
I am so proud of the whole team to keep our final goal alive with another win.
