All Blacks 39 def Whorouly 33
A great match-up this week against Whorouly, pushing the girls to have another close game.
It was great to see the girls never drop their heads in such a closely contested game to come away with a six-goal win.
The defensive pressure again from all players seems to be our strong suit and helps with those much-needed turnovers to turn the game around.
Playing a great defensive game, Elizabeth Fuhrmeister was named best-on for the match.
Also in the best was Georgia Spencer with her shooting and movement in the ring to push that score further from Whorouly.
Meagan Hausner continues to be a great asset in C with her defensive pressure and feeding into the ring, also getting in the best.
We are next coming up against another tough side in Tarrawingee, which no doubt will bring a challenging game for us.
I have every confidence in our team to continue the winning streak.

A slow start for the girls this Saturday against Whorouly, but the team showed they can change pace and take the win.
Missing a key shooter for the game didn't seem to phase the girls with Jacqui Bast and Brooke Bradshaw dominating the ring together. Both girls getting in the best for the game.
Also helping drive the ball with her consistency in feeding the ball to the shooters was Kellie Holmes and down the defender end Jessie Ellis also getting hands to the ball and rebounding the majority of Whorouly's missed shots.
Great to see the girls didn't give up and kept playing their game to continue their undefeated streak.

A hard-fought match by the girls on Saturday, but unfortunately Whorouly was too strong.
Some great movement was played through the mid-court, but their defenders’ pressure made it difficult to capitalise.
Best-on for the game was awarded to Sarah Jacka, who continued to dominate C, providing the drive down both ends of the court.
Also in the best-on were Emma Sangster in WA and Treena McNair in goals.
Chloe Dods who never gave up in defence with multiple intercepts was also in the best.
Living Here award: Sarah Jacka

Sportspower Voucher: Treena McNair
All Blacks Club Dinner: Chloe Dods.
